License and activation

Free trial

MeetingDebrief includes a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No license key or account is required to start the trial. The trial period begins when you first open the app.

License keys

After purchasing MeetingDebrief, you receive a license key in the format MD-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX. Enter this key in the app to activate your license.

Activating your license

Open the license section in the app and paste your license key. Click Activate. The app contacts the license server to verify and activate the key on your device. This is the only step that requires an internet connection.

Depending on your plan, you can activate MeetingDebrief on multiple devices using the same license key.

Deactivating a device

To move your license to a different device, deactivate it first. Open the license section in the app and click Deactivate. This frees the activation slot for use on another machine.

You can also manage activations from your account dashboard at meetingdebrief.com/dashboard. The dashboard lists all active devices and lets you deactivate any of them remotely.
