Our refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with MeetingDebrief. If the software does not meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with the email address you used during checkout. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

What happens to your license

Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. Any active device activations associated with that license will stop working at the next validation check.

After the 14-day window

Refund requests made after the 14-day period are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will always try to find a fair resolution. If you are experiencing a technical issue that prevents MeetingDebrief from functioning on your system, please contact us regardless of when you purchased.

Merchant of record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, VAT, sales tax, and payment processing. Your purchase receipt and invoice come from Paddle. In some cases, Paddle may process refund requests directly through their receipt page as well.
