Your call. Your notes.
How to record meeting audio, transcribe it, and turn it into useful notes. Choose the app you use for a guide to setup, summaries, and the details worth checking.
Capture the conversation
MeetingDebrief records your microphone and computer audio. It runs alongside your meeting app, with no bot joining the call.
Work from the transcript
Review timestamps, correct terms, and generate a summary with a local model. The guides show real screens from the app.
Share a reviewed result
Check decisions and owners, then copy the notes where your team needs them. You control what gets shared.

These guides use MeetingDebrief’s desktop audio capture, rather than a connection to each platform’s account or API. Join the call on the same computer, enable system audio, and start recording. Get permission from participants before recording.
MeetingDebrief records audio. If you need video, slides, or a shared-screen recording, use your meeting platform’s recording tools as well. Existing recordings in supported formats can be imported for transcription.
Local transcription and summaries run on your hardware after the models are downloaded. The conference call still uses the meeting provider’s service. See the product tour, recording help, and pricing for the full product details.
